I have a tendency for things that break
Because they call to me.

I tend to them because they do not
Bounce so softly off the wall.

They think they can still be whole,
If they do not move at all; 

If they do not utter 
With their pack of words, in foil, 

Rustling against summer's small heat 
And smaller prophecies.
