A closer inspection

I am collective,
Propped up by minutiae, composed
Of momentary wisdom and forces of the small.
I walk everywhere
With conversible pores, ready to accept and
Let through this bed, this state—

Until I rest, having walked for days. I was
Never good at existing, you know.
I herd atoms instead
And return to equilibrium. Here I break and
Scatter eventually into numerical freedom,
Over the details of the world.
