Sunday afternoon
—dedicated to Cori

Sunday afternoon, Cori and I headed to the nearest park 
to give our best shot at skipping rope.
  
We left before it started to rain 
to have coffee and puddings at our favourite convenient store.
  
She brought the items to the counter by herself
and applied her latest mathematics. 

At our spot, we came up with delicacies 
to serve at the Castle in the Air, like sweet clouds,
 
strange strawberry desserts with pink straws 
and the light and ticklish cough-cookies. 

We continued to create more recipes 
on the way home.
